In anticipation of the second iteration of The Squint Playwriting Award - our paid playwriting programme for artists from low-income backgrounds - we’re offering this series of ‘pay what you can’ workshops to everyone, no matter what you can afford.
Our Get Writing workshops are for participants who want to jumpstart their writing. Each workshop introduces different practical tools for scripting story, structure, character and dialogue.
There’s no preparation required and all our workshops are standalone so you don’t need to have attended previous sessions. If you have any access needs, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Our workshops are suitable for participants of any experience but you must be over eighteen. We’re unable to offer refunds for non-attendance.
